Lower Ball Joint Seperation Anxiety PLEASE HELP!!

I've used Ace's system with the following help. while the knuckle joint is under pressure from the nut. hammer around the outside of the socket, or apply some heat to it. the combo of impact or heat while it is under load should do the trick. As stated, get some rust penetrant in there first to give you a fighting chance. when i reassemble, i use a little anti-seize. this can make it difficult to tighten the nut, but you wont have so much of a fight the next time you need to remove.
