Need Door sill kickplate hardware

I am having a hard time finding those plastic screw retainers that the stainless door kick plate screws go into. They are plastic plugs that push into the body. The screws for kickplate go into them and they expand holding the plate and body trim to the body. Where can I find replacements ? Int. Auto and Vicks don't have them.
