Adjust Side Mirrors?

My side mirrors on my 85 do not hold their position. The glass just droops a bit at a time until it becomes useless. Is there any adjustment to these? Thanks,

The ones on my 84 are also a problem. I put a layer of duck tape in between the window and the gaskets to provide friction. Then the mirror can be tightened to the glass so that it stays put better by turning the nut under the rubber cover clockwise carefully with pliers.
