World Record for a 124 Spider

Hi All,
I just sold my award winning Spider through Bonham's in Scottsdale and blew away last years record setter. Everyone in Scottsdale said they'd never seen one done to such a high standard and her many trophies from national concours events helped as well. It was bought by a father and son who were shipping it to the Dominican Republic. The "FXITAGN" plates weren't included, they're going on my next Fiat

Was it difficult to let it go, or a restoration, drive for awhile and move on ?

I think this is the spider i saw on ebay with a reserve of over 20k it never sold so i guess he just needed the
right audience to pull in the high dollars for a spider. Never saw this coming if i did would of scraped so money
together and bought it on ebay turned around and sold on here myself lol.
