rear view mirror glass

A major vendor just got a supply of the replacement glass for my '81. Saves you more than $100 over a complete mirror assembly. Ordered mine, but thought others might be interested

(Can't post the name by board rules, but you can find it pretty quick.) :D

hmmmm :? I had a broken mirror not to long ago and to save money I went to a local glass store and it cost me only $20 to replace and have installed :wink: Saving money is a good thing :mrgreen:

FWIW the original mirrors and the ones available now used slightly different sized glass. I wonder which ones this fits.

Guess I will find out when it finally hits 50 degrees F here! Right now it' will not go above 0 degrees F for a few days. If I tried to remove the mirror assembly now the plastic would most certainly break! :wink:
