Hood alignment for "79 Spider

Any tips on how to align the hood on my '79 spider. I removed the hood to take out the engine. I am having a heck of time getting it back on nice and straight.

try to put the hinges back in the same location. Usually you can see where the washers lined up. Note for next time; scribe a line around the hinge!
