Addco rear sway bar

Post by RoyBatty »

Wife got one for my 75 Spider as a Christmas gift for me. :D
Installation took me about 1 hour once I got the rear of the car on the ramps.
Only had to reposition the brake lines to get them out from under the U bolts. Not a big deal at all. Drilling the holes in the subframe was not too challenging at all.
Handling is VERY much improved. The car sets into the corners with very little body lean and has a nice neutral feel to it.
I can now more easily induce a little oversteer in tight slower corners with a blip of power.
Much fun!

Wow, that was very nice of your wife. I have the Addco rear (and front) bar under my car and I know what you are talking about. It is fun to drift around corners but I think I did it a bit to often. The rear ends are just not strong enough for drifting.
There are some mixed opinions about the rear sway bars out there but I like mine.
