Retrosound Zuma Radio?

Post by supplyguy »

Having gutted my console to seal the floor and recarpet......mission creep sets in. Why not a new stereo? Anyone installed these Retrosound models? Pros and cons? While I'm at it.....speakers in the front panels need to go - recommendations for the 5 inchers there? Many thanks.

While I haven't installed one, I know Spiderjim (who used to frequent the forum) did and was very pleased with the result, both from appearance and sound standpoints. Here's another alternative to look at:

Bruce - I like the USA-230....all I need and $100 less than the Zuma. Dumb question - 124's are 12v/negative ground? Vendor order form asked and I blanked. Thanks - Chuck.

I always thought a Becker Europa would look great in an older Spider. They are a bit pricey, but not bad compared to what these new ones cost.
