Re: 16v?
The head is off a lancia delta and it can be done. I'm sure several people on mirafiori.com have done it.
Re: 16v?
http://www.turbo124.com (from down under) has a whole forum page devoted to the conversion; not that i've read up on the subject.
i'd suggest inquiring with them as well. nice bunch of boyz, and they have some interesting examples of Italian iron.

I've looked into it a lot and thought the cost of everything would be more then it is worth
in the end . The Head flows from passenger side to drivers side so the exhaust has to be ran on the
left side, the pistons need to have correct Valve reliefs so either custom made or from the 16v Engine
and the fire wall is a very tight fit . Finding parts for the Head like Cams, adjusting shims, Valves,
ect ect means placing a order over seas and waiting for them to arrive .
The head its self is a perfect upgrade the valve angles and combustion chambers are great you could
make a lot of HP with one of these if you built it with all the right goodies but the cost alone is double
or more of what it would run for a 8v TC .
