Now that's a top I could live with. Yes, it looks a lot like the SL tops

So, have you driven in a Spider with a(ny) hard top? And if so, what difference does it make?

I'd love to keep driving it all winter as long as it was dry out. But I can't because we have a mandatory winter tire law from Dec 15th to Mar 15th. So I'll go as long as I can and then take it out again in April I guess.

But you're in Montreal MS. We had family living there, so I know how it can get. Hey, I've never seen an all wheel drive monster Spider yet. Wink, wink. :)

Good point. I have not. Presuming less wear and tear on the soft top, less noise, warmer....but defer t those who have one?

Charlotte is looking at highs near 70 this coming week Matt.

Maybe you should start a "Summer Spider" thread 74ausfiat. :) The sun can be pretty strong here in Charlotte during the summer. Spring and Fall are best.

Kinda bummed today, as my Spider goes into winter storage this afternoon. But it makes the re-emergence in the Spring all that much better! Over the Winter, I plan to refurbish the seats and carpets, door weatherstripping, and exhaust. Probably powder coat the cam covers and maybe a few other bits too. That will keep me busy for a little while anyway.

I just put my car away for the winter in a storage place about 20 miles from my house. I getting bored already---nothing to fix, adjust, replace, tweak.
All I can do is read this bored, I mean board. C'mon Spring! Only 5 more months!
