The Elusive "Inspection Light"

Post by RRoller123 »

While in Wellfleet yesterday visiting my friends who have a beautiful, award winning 47 MG, Paul showed me an original accessory that came with the car. It is an inspection light with a 2-pronged plug that plugs into a connector in the center of the MG dashboard. I had to laugh and relay to him the myth of the elusive inspection light and inspection light socket on our Spiders! Here is a pic of what the British gave their customers with the car.
