I can imagine there are a lot of "might as well..." items that come up at this point.

I guess the decission you make whether you're keeping the car for years to come or you're just in it for the short term will determine how many times you think that.

Quick update - she up with Mark's shop and top end is out for a rebuild. Looking like bent valve triggered everything. Bottom end looks OK so maybe later this week or early next and I'll have a running Spider.
