There's a bloke in Turkey that does lots of 131 bits, he does rear inner and outer arches, sills, wings, just about anything you want. He's honest and up front, a great bloke to deal with. An idea of what he can supply can be found here:

Congrats!
Lovely 131, they are quite rare nowdays and in years to come (if not already) they will be very desirable in unmolested shape. It sound's like you're looking to keep it stock, that's a very cool thing to do.

131 2 doors that have remained original are becoming rarer than 131R or Abarth replicas.
Good luck with the research and preservation process .
