that is scary, I think people don't people realise how much speed can add to an incident, escpecially in condition where there is reduced traction, that should be shown to hoons who think they are bullet proof speed demons on the roads. Take it to a track in a contrlled manner I say, I'd hate to be in one of those wrong place wrong time....

I could'nt watch the whole clip. I was a Paid -on -call FF for 19 years, 7 of those in Squamish where I responded to on average 1 high speed incident every two weeks and body bags every couple of months. That was on the highway to Whistler were they eventually held the 2010 winter olympics. All of those in the clips were preventable if the drivers were sober and respected the driving conditions. Pedestrians were kind of in la-la land as well, presumpmtuous perhaps that drivers had x-ray vision and could see them behind steel vehicles.
Perhaps showing this at schools at the time the kids are getting to the age of driving might enlighten a few. If it saves one, it would be worth it.

+1
+ I hate the tiny music wich makes the facts unreal, like a ballet where cars and trucks go waltzing in the snow.

At the very beginning, the lady crossing the road, hidden by the stopped van, seems completely unaware of what happened.

May be in russia, but can happen in any snowy area.

Should be cello music or possibly circus music further illustrating the stupidity?

a hoon is best described as anybody who really has no respect for the road rules, doing burn outs, doughnuts etc.. And statistically seems to be a majority of males in the 18-25ish age brackets (I guess when most of us mature from being stupid into a responsible adult)
Like many of us I have done stupid things but never at high speeds....
