Help me spend $

Post by Danno »

Ha, you thought this was gonna be fun! I need to spend $5.03 more at Autozone to get a 20% off coupon. I can't really think of anything I need or want. I can think of some big $$ items that I'd like, but I don't have lots of $$ to blow at this point.

so, your challenge is to come up with something in the $5-$10 range.

I own a 2012 AWD Kia Sorento with the 4cyl, 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 (5.9L), 1976 2dr Fiat 128, and 1980 Fiat Spider.

I want to make the order today, so be creative, but be quick, lol.

(I better not get any spark plug or motor oil suggestions)

I often add a book on brewing or electronics when I need to bump up a total. Forces me to buy something hobby related that I normally wouldn't seek out as an independent purchase. Or oil filters.... :)

Autozone, not Amazon. I follow you, though.

Just got some dielectric grease and applied liberally to the entire Spider. I also have about 2 million cans (might be underestimating) of WD-40 spread throughout my house, barns and probably yard.

I have a good collection of Shop Rags, but am not opposed to the idea
I also have a couple of those single sheet dispensers of Goop Hand wipes. I can't remember how much they are, but I love them. All people who work on cars or other greasy things need to have some nearby.

Hmmm. Maybe. Last few pair I put on ripped. Do they go bad from heat/cold cycles? they just sit in my unconditioned shop.

That might do it. I get free shipping on my order at this point, so i'd like stuff shipped to home. Some items (like fuel additives) can't be shipped to home. I can still go to the store, but I'd prefer not to.

hey, somebody mentioned recently getting blue high temp brake fluid. I don't see such a thing on AZ's website, but wondered if I could get some more information on brand, etc. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Micor fiber towels.... Gotta keep the Italian lady looking sharp.

mechnics mirror... use it a few times a year to see what I can't see from normal angles such as an oil leek or a bolt hidding in a small space.

Handcleaner... you will always use that.
Buon giro a tutti! - enjoy the ride!

Ah, OK.

In-line spark tester, but that might be overly influence by my current challenges. :-)
