I've heard of it but never found anyone with it. They had tons of commercials for it in Florida. When I called about it to ask a few questions the sales barrage began, they probably called me 20 times a month for a year to try to get me to buy one.

With my VERY LIMITED background in chemistry, I could see the POTENTIAL of this working. Chemistry is all about the electrical charge on an atom or molecule. Electrical stimulation can easily make changes in the chemistry. Car batteries are based on chemical charges released and restored (re-charging).
