Attention those from the land of OZ

Post by Gunsmith »

Hi guys I have a few questions. I have noticed an increase in the number of visitors to our range from Australia. Obviously here in South Florida we are quite used to visitors and residents from all over the world but I have noticed a larger number of our friends from down under showing up eager to shoot everything we have available. Most have obviously found us on the internet if one of their friends that live here did not bring them. I as a business man would obviously want to increase the number of visitors so I was wondering if there where any particular travel agencies or web sites you guys may use while planning your holiday or if you just search the area you're going for particular activities. Is there a search engine that is more popular in Australia than another or are you guys Googling everything too?

Thanks,

Are you getting some visitors from Canada as well ?.... The most fun I had in Vegas years ago was a George Carlin show and a trip to "The Gun Store" and the indoor range they had in the back.

Well as you may know we have a pretty large Canadian population down here in South Florida so we do get quite a few of them on the range but most are part time residents and not so much vacationers.

G'day Gunsmith, we have very strict gun laws Down Under, so I suppose your shooting range is an opportunity for those Aussies who've always wanted to play with guns, to have a go. There are probably more Aussies overseas currently than has normally been the case due to our very strong currency. Our dollar is buying about $1.05 US
.... and like the rest of the world Google seems to be the search engine of choice down here.
