So my input bearing has been whirring since day 1, Ive covered that in a few posts before and I realize it should be fixed but recently i am feeling that there is a roughness or slight 'buzzing" from the tranny area as im driving. i changed the oil today, found a gallon of GL-1 at Napa. Same deal. In fact the old oil was still clean as its only been about 2000 miles since I changed it last.
Is this the beginning of the end of this gearbox? Also, I changed my guibo about 200 miles ago...did I maybe not tighten the bolts enough? could that be the source of a buzzing sensation (and not a good one...)
thanks gang
George
