Well, thanks Brad! IAP call and told me they shipped on mon. I should have it Thur or Fri. However, the parts on the inside of my horn don't work. the collor is broken and the brass ring has a hole in it. If you have replacements I would be willing to buy them from you. If not I will probably just put a switch for it on the console.
Horn Button?
Hi Denise,
If you need a horn button for a 79 or newer spider, I have one you can have for free. Just let me know.

OK, the new panhard rod finally came in (last week). I managed to get the old broken one off. I had to remove the rear driver side wheel for leverage on the nut, I had to jack up the passenger side to get the other bolt out, but I was able to do it myself (in the rain). Now the problem is getting the new panhard rod on, seems the rear shrunk and the rod doesn't fit, maybe 1/2 " off. Any ideas? Could it be maybe that the car is jacked up? I'm I making this more difficult than it really is?

Ah, I too have a story regarding this mysterious 'bar'. The story begins
mid-chapter with a spinning stick. Another story.
Anyway, when the tow guys arrived, while I was at work, obviously
after a liquid lunch, they attached the towhook from their flatbed to
this bar to get it onto the truck. By the time they arrived at the shop,
the bar was shaped like a 'V'. Coop, my awesome mechanic, indicated
this easy fix was a panhard bar. I found one easily, he put it on in a
jiffy and that was that. Another relatively inexpensive repair.
