yeah. They're cool, in their own unique sorta way. I don't like the styling, personally. the front end looks like a mistake.

as far as I know, the car was never imported into the USA. There are several here, but not many.

I never have seen or heard of it. Looks like an Italian Miata.

Top Gear (UK) used one of these in their Christmas Special last year. Richard Hammond drove it through the Middle East!

I think it looked better with the duallies on the back ;)

FWD, though. Blegh.

And the others picked it as the best of the 3.
1979 Fiat Spider (since new)
2005 Lincoln LS (the wife's car)
2003 Chevrolet Cavalier (daily driver)
1999 Honda Shadow VLX 600
1972 Grumman Traveller 5895L (long gone).

You definitely want to see the TopGear Mideast show talked about above, I really enjoyed it. Its on NetFlix if you have that, somewhere around Season 16 or 17. Three cars are dropped off in Iraq, ferried in by a Russian cargo plane, and they have to drive to somewhere in Israel. One was a Miata, one was one of these Fiats, and I think the other was a BMW but could be wrong. As always the British Top Gear guys are hilarious . . . seeing a Miata with dually's made the day, and at the end, they all agreed the Fiat was the best of the cars they chose. It was almost painful to see what they did to these cars and what they put them through.

Oh, you are right, the Miata had the dual.

It was a Z3 beemer, you are right. I love that show, and that special was especially great.

I saw a bunch of these while on vacation in Italy in 2000; I was disappointed in the styling when compared to the 124. Reminded me of a Miata.
