Resize Avatar?
Have no idea how to get a photo down to 80x80 px and 6kb. Best I can do is 640x640 and 235 kb. Help!

If you're on windows, open 'paint' and open your original picture in that.
which version of windows are you using? (I'm assuming you're on a windows computer)
If it's a pretty new version of windows then at the top left look for the 'resize' button.
Click that
should have options "resize by:" and either "percentage" or "pixels"
click pixels and if your picture is rectangular like most are, do some maths to figure out the height/width to make the whole picture fit.
