Can you weld?
POR 15 will stop that rust
With layers of fiberglass mesh you can fix small holes

Yes I can weld. I do all my own stuff. It's Cheaper. Metal to metal is better. It's not as hard as you would think. Lot's of practice

FYI it just passed a state inspection two months prior?
