Post by NJFIAT1981 »

I'm sitting on the 6th floor balcony of my hotel in Charleston SC and am watching 6 different firework displays. WOW

Happy 4th !!! My entire Lemons team lives in Charleston. One of the souths greatest cities!! Lou's son owns an Italian restaraunt there called Bacco, that has won many awards. The best Italian food I have ever tasted.

Bummer. Walked by that several times. Family did not want to eat italian. Had some really good meals. Amen Street Grill was a good one. Had some shrimp and gritts at the Hominy Grill. Great meal at Nicks Pit on King Street. Ate at TOAST on Meeting street and several other places. Great trip with lots of historic tours. Love to go there again. Just a little hot

 Menu said shrimp and grits. Didn't question the waiter. I also had Fried Green Tomatoes, Low Country Purloo and corn bread. Really liked the Purloo.

Man that Purloo sounds good to me! Anything with both sausage and ham has to be good. Don't know the Paramont on Charles but we will check it out for sure!
