Reinstalling the Antenna

Post by jimmycakes401 »

One of the last things i need to do is install this antenna. But I can't figure out how all these pieces go through the hole. Anyone have some good pictures?

it's a 1981 2000 by the way. Is this a power antenna? I can't tell.

if its a power antenna it will have a motor attached to it with wiring that is different from the antenna cable.

most of the aftermarket units have 3 wires power ground and remote wire some have had 4 wires but most of those you just
connect 2 of the wires together for power then ground and remote .

I put a power antenna in. Wiring it is easy but the unit was a tight fit.
