Paint/Dye Interior Pieces?

A forum member gave me an interior piece (not sure what to call it - large bow that screws in over the back seat to hide the metal behind it when the top is up) that could use some updated paint/dye before I install. It's black. What product would be appropriate that would also withstand the occasional dampness from the top? Thanks in advance.

SEM brand vinyl paint.
If you are cheap, any brand vinyl paint, as see if it holds up (and let us know
