bumper conversion - again!

I thought I'd close this post properly by supplying a few images of the final result of the bumper conversion:

650 EUROS for the parts and another 350 for fitting them. So yes, I must admit that despite all encourageing advice on this forum, I handed in my weaponry and took it into the shop. I like the result. Pity Harrington's brackets aren't up to the quality of their stainless bumpers.

Drove 400 more miles in a hesitating Belgian spring...
