If your willing to spend the $$ then Spider Point in Germany has 5 different ones.

I've noticed a lot of after market steering wheels are either too small or the spokes are angles in a position where you can't see the instruments, I've spoken to a mob here in Oz who can make any wheel look like faux wood

Does cost a bit but may be worth considering if I want to go that extra step....

Expensive stuff, but the English translations are clever and funny!
