Check it out. I have done this route several times in the coupe and a 131 when we lived in CA and went on the FIAT America's WOW tour. WOW stands for Without Winnebagos, and was always run in February. We always saw snow, but that was why there were no Winnebagos to clog up the roads. Truly glorious FIAT roads!
