Fiberglas, and mold-making

I need a good class in fiberglas 101. Any ideas or web-sites?

i don't remember where I got my starter instructions, but they were from the web. I do know that I get a lot of ideas and little tips by being a lurker on the mp3car.com forum. That's a forum dedicated to carputers and such, but as you can imagine the guys there do more than just make little computers for their cars. I'm just a lurker, not a poster there.
