Drivers seat tweaked...?

Ive noticed some back pain after driving for extended periods and as I was driving today I checked my posture...it seems my seat is facing left more than a little bit. Ive read some postings about bent seats and "gangsta lean" but it seems the back and the seat are both facing the same way. Anyone ever encounter that? The upholstery is perfect so Id hate to have to take the vinyl off but it seems I wont have a choice if Im to correct this right?

I have the extreme " gangsta lean" and need to correct it. I'v had the seat out twice and didn't want to tear into it where I could not get it back together. I guess what we need is some guidance so I will wait, or buy new seats.
