Source for Miller's adjustable cam wheels

Hello all
Looking for a pair of Miller's adjustable cam wheels for an 82' 2000, he doesn't have any and Midwest-bayless is out, I don't see any on vick's site, and not sure If IAP carries them, but definitely want a set, and am having the rebuild done next week. Thanks
