There's no hear in New England right now.

Tried to put my dash together today but I'm missing the latch to my glove box... ughh...

What is the hole on the left of this panel? Next to the strap? What goes in there? I have a million pieces. In fact, I dropped my container holding my million pieces on the garage floor last night. That was fun picking up.

That is the hole where the center straps on the top boot hook in.
Fish hooks to the trunk hooks, plastic cup & snaps in the front then the small straps hook in there to hold the center down

Cool! Thanks.

Today I'm testing out using a rock tumbler and blast media to clean nuts and bolts. If it work I'll throw all my fiat bolts that I have in there and go to town. They look so gross. I'll also organize everything. See what is the same and what isn't. Since I'm not the one that took this car apart, there's a lot of guess work. Plus! I've never seen a Spider in person! Anyone in the CT RI area want to meet me somewhere with their spider so I can poke at it?

Anyone know what wire this is? I thought it was for my fuel pump, but the fuel pump is plugged in and it's going through the floor already. This is coming off the wire harness right near where the fuel pump comes off the harness. Next to the drivers seat.

Have you down loaded Brad's electrical diagrams. Go to the page that shows routing for pink and black and good to go. HUGELY helpful in matters like this. I might guess they could be conectors to the seat belts bolted to the trans. tunnel.

Absolutely right about the seat belts. I hadn't thought of that. I pulled them out of my parts bin, cleaned off the grime and took a look at them. I'm going to try and put the carpet in this week. Can I get away without any insulation for now? I can't afford it and I won't be driving it much anyway.

Aw man. Just took my boot cover out. It's in great shape accept where the hooks go into the holes. My hooks are still attached but they are pulling off the trim. There must be a repair I can do. Or I'm going to have to take it to an upholsterer which I'd prefer not to do...

Tumbling my hardware in my rock tumbler worked like a charm. Just picked up some hoses for my windshield wiper so I can now hook those up and bolt down the cowl. Anyone have pics of the bolts for the cowl? I have a variety to choose from in my pile... LOL!!

Just installed the wiper hoses and I'm putting the cowl on now. I think I found the right hardware to fasten it on...

These aren't right are they? I had the right number, but they seem to narrow for the holes. Barely too narrow. Or the PO jammed bigger ones in the holes at some point... thoughts?
