After a lot of dorking around with my 82 I finally have it running, and it took it's maiden voyage up and down my driveway!
All the lights work and it actually sounds pretty darn good!
A big thanks goes out to all of you on here! I couldn't have done it without you guys! I know it's just a matter of time before it throws another problem at me but I'm as happy as a kid on Christmas right now!

WooHoo!
See? I told you you'd get it if you stuck to it.
Did you find the problem with the two cylinders?
Way to go!

I checked the spark on them and all had spark. So I put some more gas, and sea foam in it and it started to idle better so I drove it down my driveway and then backed it up and all was well. So I got brave and took it around the block (without plates thank god there were no cops) and it shifted great and ran great!
I know it still has some fine tuning to do but right now I'm pumped with how it is!

Thanks guys, it's an awesome feeling knowing that I got it running!
There is still a LOT of work that needs to be done to the body, but for now I'm happy!
I'm thinking about getting a gasket kit and taking it in somewhere and having gaskets done...I'm not sure I trust, or have the ability myself to do this.

Thank you! He's been my little side kick mechanic helping me through the problems! Finally got the passenger seat in tonight, and when I asked if he wanted to take a ride, he was out the door and in the car before I could even blink!
