71 doors on a 79

Anyone know if 71 doors will fit on a 79 shell/body?

I think so, but the side window frame may be different. The windshiel frame is differente from 71 to 79, so the side frame can change.

So you could possibly change the vent window from one door to another, all other things being equal?

Im sure door lugs are different. Dont think it will work. Well i heard they were different, but I just looked at the 70 and 79 in my drive way. They look very similar, didnt take a tape measure to them though.
