1/4 mile and 1/8 mile times
Re: 1/4 mile and 1/8 mile times
haha anymore bets on the 1/8 time? I won't break it, I don't really care how fast it goes, I'm ganna be nice to it
Re: 1/4 mile and 1/8 mile times
I think you can be nice to it and still get closer to 12 than that! lol. Put me down for an optimistic 11.8! (make sure you don't eat a big meal, dumpa bunch of weight out of your trunk, do it on 1/2 or less tank of gas, etc etc) Don't make a liar out of me!!!!!

Hey Leesfer
where are you going to run the car Carlsbad ? i ran my Fiat a couple years ago at Irwindale don't remember
the time but it wasn't impressive i had a 2L with mods on FI i was a bit faster then a couple Hondas
but not by much most of the cars running were faster then the lil Fiat that could .
The one thing i would suggest, not dumping the clutch at 6000 RPM you might end up breaking your rear end
i have in the past and know it can happen more then i am willing to admit . the Ring and Pinion are harden
Cast Iron and in some ways are to hard so they break from shock . I would ride the clutch a little out of the hole
just a pointer . Good Luck to you .

Carlsbad is long gone. It's been at least 8yrs since i've heard anything about carlsbad. They tore up the track to build warehouses.

I'm taking the cars down to Qualcomm. But my car just went in to get its breaks done today so I'm only going to have the 78 spider, which isn't as fast as mine. We'll see what happens
