The small 90 degree hose was badly cracked and oil was clearly seeping from that area. i went to Carquest with the hose in hand and bought a coolant hose with a series of bends in it. I cut a section and it fit really well and was relatively easy to install. Will that rubber hold up over time or should the hose be of a different type? The new hose has thicker walls and overall seems better than the old but maybe that one started out the same way...
Thanks
George

that hose is readily available from the normal Fiat suppliers and is inexpensive. just replaced mine. radiator hose should never be used where there is oil and oil vapors present.

Agree 100%. Autoricambi.us had them cheap so I bought two.
