Thanks to all. Contacted loc8ter and still pondering. Would prefer a redone car given my trepidation on having work done. Then did a real rookie impulsive foolish thing and bid last night on a beautiful 81 in Arizona with no reserve on ebay. Spent all day trying to figure out how to tell the wife if I won, then tonight found out I have been outbid at $4050. It LOOKS like what I want, but no history like you guys provide, sight unseen, 2000 miles away, and pretty much playing roulette. I so want to go back in and bid but will curb my 10 year old enthusiasm.
