Fuse panel and oil filter

Keep in mind I do not have a manual and don' t want to sound stupid but where is the fuse panel and oil filter/oil filler cap.

It's not stupid to ask questions or not automatically know where things are. It is less than brilliant to not try a google search. If you go to http://www.scribd.com and search Fiat Owners manual you can find both a 2000 and 1976 owners manual scanned and down loadable, as well as many other useful related documents. You should also invest in a good Haynes / similar repair manual (available used on eBay or at Amazon). OR, just use the search function here and search owners manual and you'll find at least one direct link (an 1800 I think?).

Also look on the links section in this forum: sites like miafiori.com and artigue.com have lots of good documents and articles. Learn to use the search engine and you'll be miles ahead.

Oh BTW, the fuse box is just above the drivers left leg under the dash, the oil fill cap is on top of one of the valve covers (depending on year), and the filter hangs down from the front drivers side of the engine block. There are also some misc. fuses tucked up behind the real fuse box. Bradley Artigue's web site (see above) also has excellent wiring diagrams as does the miafiori site.
