Busy weekend

Post by grittracing »

Busy season is a understatement ! Started my season Friday at work. work party. Saturday. party at inlaws. christmas day was, the kids & wife opening the stuff, ( i did get a rely nice new dewalt drill) than to more inlaws, than more of inlaws later that night. than a day of rest and clean up. than got on the highway and headed south to my parents, my broher and his family. and my older sister andher family to join the fun the next day
I did go to a couple Junk yards looking to see if there was any cars or parts I could save. the looked at me like i was crazy "Fiat what ! "
My parents live in a Elkton Ky. small town of 2000 people 3/4 of them amish style families called Mennonites. the dates back to 1843. Jessie James shot a brick out of this court house. it is Also a dry county meaning I have to drive 20 miles to the state line, Tenn. and i keep thinkingof the offer Craig made at FFO that if we came down to his side of the country we would get some moonshine. BOY I NEED SOME

I'v been on vacation since Christmas day and after all the family time was over , had the rest of the week to myself to try and get something done around the place. Nothing has gotten done because the wife also off. So here I sit in Tyler at a boutique waiting on wife and daughter to come to car. Maybe then home to build some much needed fence. I will enjoy that. No, to bealls
