Window crank extension

So..after replacing my doorpanels with my new homemade ones..the crank on the door is not long enough. Where can I get some?

i used a 3/16 hardboardfirtst on my door pannels years ago
then now on my trunk,however i glued two peices together for a stiffer floor
when you do everything correct people arent sure youve done anything at all (futurama)
