Not staying logged in
When I log in it only seems to keep me for a couple of views, then I'm directed to log in again. Am I the only one having this experience? If so... "Why is everybody always pickin on me?"
Re: Not staying logged in
I haven't experienced that or heard of it, could be an issue with the new software. There are a couple of other odd things though

Re: Not staying logged in
I've encountered the same problem. Despite selecting 'keep me logged in' checkbox, when I attempt to view new posts the following day I'm no longer logged in.

Re: Not staying logged in
I'm also hitting a snag when posting - the forum URL adds ":16080" which then results in an 'unable to display page' message. However, that may be an issue with my firewall/browser settings than the forum itself.

Re: Not staying logged in
perthling: I think you might be right about it being firewall or some other settings on your end.
Rlux: I used to have an error when checking the "stay logged in" box (or whatever it says), but that went away with this new forum update. I am an exclusive user of Mozilla Firefox, though, perhaps that makes a difference. What browser do you use? Also, are you using more than one computer system, or using different networks (e.g. a traveling laptop)?

Re: Not staying logged in
Thanks guys, Danno: I use Internet Explorer only because that's what came on it and I'm pretty computer clueless. We do have a home wireless network and one at work, but my laptop is the only one used at both places. I use the main PC desktop at home. My firewall is Windows, security is PCcillin.

Re: Not staying logged in
I've found the "stay logged in" button now works. I only need to got to fs.com via my favorites and don't have to log in every time!

Re: Not staying logged in
I should update here: Denise, your idea worked. I let it go that way for a few days to see if it would keep me logged in, and it works. Thanks bunches, Ron
