What make/model/size of tires are on your Spider?
So what is every 1 running for speed rating S, T??? I have been looking for something in a H that is alittle sticky, but I am not having too much luck. I have 185 70 r 13 S on there now and I am not too happy with how they handle( plus I split the core in 1 makeing a trun at about 50) I Really don't care about milage since my spyder is a "sunday Driver".

Well as I just got new rubber all the way around on my fiatski, I was able to special order through my local Discout Tire a set of 205/60/r13 Cooper Cobra GT 's ( with a nice raised white lettering to boot) and fitted them to some old Hurricaine II's ( American Racing or Wesern mfg, but not sure) 13x5.5 rims.
Still working to properly modify them for a perfect fit with the factory spacers, more on that project as it progresses.
But so far I am very happy with them , much wider stance and very close to stock height. Looks great too!
Well that my 2c worth...

You might want to try Hoosier Tire. They have an H rated street tire:

I went to the local Hoosier dealer to pick up Ron's race tires and the guy had some treaded 205/60/13's for autocross. They may have what you need.

once i get adaptors I'll be using these. they are the stock 15s off of my aerio and I think they seem to go nicely on the Fiat. I did a check on tire size and to maintain proper speedo readouts I'll put on 195/55-15s which, by coincidence is the exact same size that my aerio takes. Too bad these are worn out or I'd be set. I'll probably get some Kuhmo ecstas ASX, which is what I got for my aerio and they are really good quality and really low price, my two favorite things.
and boy does that need a drop... Guess I'll just add that to the list of about 10 million projects I have going at once.

hey vcg,
the original wheels need to be restored, during this restoration i wasn't planning to keep my car indoors
After restoration i will have two sets of wheels , because of my cleaning sickness(allways rubbing my car) this is going te be superb .
I must confess that i also like some changes now and then, and euuuuh,
do we wear the same shoe's everyday?
Greets,
Kris.

What do you think?
Right now I have 165/80 on the fronts and 185/70 in the rear. I am thinking of getting some new tires and am wondering if I will see rubbing with 195/60 on a 13x5 wheel?
