Is there any companies out there that offer hats with the various Fiat logo's on them?

Looked through all of the vendors that I am aware off and only International auto parts have hats and they say IAP.
So we're off to cafe press and the other place you mentioned.

This stuff is not Fiat per se, but they can make you any piece of clothing with an embroidered Fiat Spider on it in the colors of your very own car. I have a number of items from these guys and they are very high quality. Not cheap, but very nice. I'll be back tomorrow and will post a photo of what they look like.

these have logo patches on them...I kinda like the key fob.once i actually own a Fiat I think i'll get one.
