Manoa Matt posted that he thought the mystery hardtop was a German targa top. He's right in that the targa top is close to the Pininfarina one BUT it's nothing like the one on the German site, which looks a bit like the hardtop on the classic Merc 280 pagoda. I've finally managed to get Flickr working on the iPad (couldn't upload and had to email the photo to Flickr). Anyone know what this beauty is?

That is a real nice looking hardtop. Best looking one that I've seen. I like the smaller "B" post for over the shoulder checks.

From what I have been able to find, that top was made by Korbler in Germany, but I can't find any reference to them still being in business. It is a beautiful top. I didn't want a hard top until I started seeing pics of different models. Now I have hard top envy. HELP!
