posting pics

Could someone please explain to me how to post pics on this forum. Im not totaly stupid but my college educated daughter could not figure it out either. Maybe someone on here can explain it where I can understand. Any and all help will be greatly appriciated.

I've had good luck with a site called Hosting Bytes! 2.0. Just upload the pictures and copy the top line and paste it into your thread. One nag is that the picture cannot be any wider than 700 pixels or the pix will be cut off when pasted in.
