WTD: PININFARINA HARD TOP TO TRUNK RETAINING BRACKETS

Post by rockdad »

Further to fitting a Pininfarina hardtop, back in 2006 Spiderrey said:

If you leave the bracket that the top pivots on, the side hooks engage that perfectly and lock down solid. I drove mine around for a while with just the side and front hooks, wasnt 100 percent happy with the way it creeked. im sure being bolted down at the rear makes a huge difference.

So I'd like to try these – does anyone have a set of rear brackets they're willing to sell? I mean the ones that are bolted onto the trunk and hold the rear edge of the hardtop.

Please look! I'm in Nottingham, England – where Robin Hood comes from, though I don't know him personally.

Cheers, John

Anyone have a photo? I'd take one but don't have the part!

Thanks for looking Joe, but that's the one for the soft top. The hardtop version is more kind of ski-ramp shaped.

That'd be great if you still have them.
