Road Trip Cruise App???

Post by jimmycakes401 »

I want to find an app that will let me plug in different cruise routes. I was driving a really nice road today. I have no idea where I was because I was using GPS to get home from a location I don't usually go to. It would have been nice to plug in the route, add a description of the trip etc... so if I'm in the mood for something like scenic or windy or anything else. Hilly... I don't know. There must be an app for this on the Android Market. Any suggestions?

I have the app "Jeep Tripcast" on my iphone. Lets you track your route, add points of interest, and share with others. What I really use it for is to refer back to later, maybe I discovered a really good curvy road when driving that I want to revisit later on my motorcycle. Works perfect for that. Not sure if it's available for Driod or crackberry.

iPhone only. Darn. Doubt I'll be seeing on the Droid if Apple has anything to say about it. I found some guys talking about it on a forum back in January and Jeep said they would have one by the end of the month. Here we are eight months later...

I just found "My Tracks" by google. Let's you share you trips etc... it works for hiking and running and stuff too. Pretty cool. We'll see how friendly it is.
