Caribou Imports?

Has anyone purchased anything from Caribou Imports? I purchased a Burgandy boot for my Spider on line a month ago and I have not received anything and they do not answer my Emails. Did I get screwed or does someone out there know this guy and can give me additional contact info for them?

I purchased a wiring diagram for my spider over two months ago and still have not received it. Emails seem to be a waste of time too.

all of the various forums have threads about problems with Caribou. Ed is still posting on mirafiori.com but his user name has changed from Ed at Caribou to just Ed. BBB has a long list of complaints against Caribou
