Ohhhhhh. Did some of them not come with them? Or did your's rot out? Have you thought about just making a set? I'd imagine bungie chords would work. Or you could go to home depot or a supplier to get giant springs. I can measure these for you.

Due to recent budget cuts and the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, we have decided to turn off the light at the end of the tunnel. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Yesterday I sanded down the trunk compartment primed it and then used seam sealer on open joints. Obviously left the drain holes and various screw holes. Today I plan on priming over the sealer and using fiberglass fill for the two large plumbers putty gaps. Next up, I have to make templates because I don't have ANY of the original cards.

Why are there wires in my doors if I don't have power windows?

It is easier to make one style of wiring harness that has the wiring for every option than to make a dozen different one and get the proper one in the correct car on the assembly line. There is wiring for radio in the factory harness including power antenna but a radio was a dealer installed option. Wire is cheap compared to the labor to put it in.

Okay. Cool. That's what I was hoping. Guess it makes it easier to install power windows if I want later. I've always been a fan of crank.

Yesterday I coated my gas tank with rust reform. Tonight I will top coat it. I need to figure out how to hang it up so I can paint the whole thing at once. Or I'll use a nail board. For more info about the build visit http://fiatspider.weebly.com

Just put up some new info on my blog. http://fiatspider.weebly.com

Put the fuel pump in last night. Need to put in the return line. After that's complete I need to do all the welding on the back end. After that I'll fill her up with some gas and see how she runs.

I'm replacing my timing belt and decided to order a new tensioner bearing. I needed to pick up some rubber grommets for my radiator. They seem to be missing. I'm trying to think of any small pieces I may need that I can add to the order. Not a lot of money rattling around, but I want to grab any small bits I can use later. Any suggestions? Check my blog.
