Smokes when pulling away from a stop, transmission sounds like a steam-era printing press looks*, bell-like ringing on the right-side over certain bumps, top rattles likes a box of salvage on a stage coach, and the speedometer cable stammers like a congressman on the witness stand, but:
WAY more fun than 86 hp has any right to be.
...And the guys at Larchmont FIAT came out into the heat to great it!
* Shifts like a dream though, puzzling.
